Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

• Domestic (India): 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Remote areas: May take up to 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders (recommended).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee (₹50–₹100).
• Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS/email.
• Customers can track their order in real-time through the courier partner.

Shipping Partners

• We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact support.
• If the package is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Address & Contact Details

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
• Truvance is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

International Shipping (Optional)

• Currently, we do not ship internationally (or update if you do).
• For future global orders, duties & taxes will be borne by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned.
• Re-shipping charges may apply.
